Our goal is to modernize a Vietnam War era scanner so it can be used to obtain visible and infrared images from low speed aircraft. The scanner was used in high speed aircraft (F-4 Phantom "Wild Weasel") that had speeds near Mach 1 and obtained infrared images only.
